About access pending file

I gained access to the Secure Files folder and found the document "AN13482",but it was marked as "Access Pending".

Do I need a higher level of access?

That is due to the request is still in progress, for example, waiting for manual approval from someone. If it pending for too long, please mail to support.docstore@nxp.com for further help.
