I have some questions regarding SPC5607 / SPC5605 and FMEDA according to ISO26262.
We are developing an ECU with an ASIL B safety goal and therefore we are building a FMEDA for the ECU.
Can you provide me the base failure rate of this SPC which we should use in our analysis and also the reference temperature for this failure rate?
Our FMEDA is actually built with data of Siemens SN29500 and the failure split according to Birolini.
Do you have also some hints to model the failure split?
According to Birolini we actually calculate with 60% open, 10% short to GND, 10% short to VCC (pin failures) and 20% functional failures (core, memory, ADC, core supply, clock).
From Mr. jochengerster we also got the FMEDA from the µC itself.
