Hello,

I'm looking for SER rates on S32G2/3, does "soft error rates" in FMEDA refer to those radiated neutron induced failure rates ?

Hi Daniel,

Yes it is about functional safety considerations:
i've read on other nxp threads that neutron induced failure rates and effects are those designated by "transcient errors" in FMEDA with a neutron flux at sea level: i would like to be sure about this.

If you think that this thread should better be located to SafeAssure Community, i trust you to move this topic in the correct section.

Thanks
