I saw there is a statement in MPC5746C Safety Manual Rev2: SM_047''Assumption:[SM_047] Debugging will be disabled in the field while the device is being used for safety-relevant functions. [end]"
My question is how to implement this. There is no detail description here.
I saw in MPC5746R or MPC5744P SM, JCOMP should be pulled high and monitored by FCCU.
Can you help check and clarify this issue? Thanks.

This is correct. For fulfilling this assumption:
JCOMP should be pulled low and monitored by FCCU

PS: Correction Made on pull on JCOMP. JCOMP should be pulled to the value that ensures that the TAP controller is in reset state in field.
