Is it possible to get FMEDA information for the TJA115x CAN PHY?

Hello,

the TJA115x is a Quality Managed product (not ISO26262), meaning that we don't have a FMEDA for this CAN transciever.

in order to support, we can provide a list of Functional failure modes corresponding to this product as well as a failure rate input evaluation.

Do you happen to have results for the TJA1153 too? The package is different between the 1152 and 1153.
