In case any of the comparator [CMP_x such as ACMP_Analog, LPCMP_Dig_Wrapper ] is not used,  "SM4.REDUNDANT_CMP" is not necessary?

Yes. However please be advised that this mechanism is different from the redundant comparison of safety related input and output signals as described in the Section 6.13.2 of the safety manual.
