Hello,

ADC raises these faults under different circumstances such as if the converted value is not between the upper and lower threshold values for a self-test algorithm, self-test algorithm takes more than a specified safe time period and if the self-test algorithms are executed in an incorrect order.

The fault type (critical or noncritical) is specified by the configuration in Self-Test Configuration 2 (STCR2).

Refer the ADC Chapter in the reference manual for more details.

Thanks!
