There is available the Evaluation version of the SAF product with the full documentation, but with highly reduced functionality. The purpose is exactly the evaluation before the purchase. Please, contact the NXP Sates/Marketing to obtain the access to such version.

                When I tried to review S32Gxxx reference manual, I found that the safety HW SM related registers recommended values are need to contact NXP to get. Please see an example screen shot below as highlighted as yellow.

Could you please share all HW SM feature configuration register recommended values sheet with explanation how to select those configuration?

Hello,

the SELFTEST_GPR registers are initialized by the Bist driver (so the values for these registers are delivered as part of the Bist driver code as only the Bist driver shall be used to run a selftest). The Bist driver is part of the SPD (Safety Peripheral Drivers) release package or also SAF (Safety Software Framework package) available for download from nxp.com.

Note that in SCTU2 section in HW reference manual there is documented the following which is valid also for SELFTEST_GPR:
