NXP doesn't provide PIN FMEA as it is highly application-dependent but we can support PIN FMEA by providing failure rates of pins used in customer's application. NXP currently provides a FMEDA consisting of failure rates for Peripherals. Could you please check if any additional input is required by the customer?
