Failure Rate

I have difficulties calculating the failure rate of undetected dangerous lambda DU using the attached table of SER/FIT provided by NXP.
Let's assume I'm using the all memory arrays in the chip of the NXP controller. Which data am I supposed to use for my calculations?
As far as I know, I need to sum FIT rate and Soft Error(unrecoverable FIT) and divide it by 1000000000.

Please advise.

Have you looked at the FMEDA for S32K144.

I think you will relevant data there instead of the file you have attached. NXP can help to customize the FMEDA for your application if needed.
