Hi,

Customer need NXP to confirm lower limit for S32G LPDDR4 I/O Voltage supply. It is 1.078V in datasheet. As voltage supply for this power rail is 1.1V. Lower/upper limit is not symmetrical. Ripple is -2.5% to 2.5%,  -2.5% range is lower than 1.078V.

Hi Kevin,

The voltage of VDD_IO_DDR0 must be between 1.078V and 1.17V.  And ripple must be between -2.5% and +2.5%.

This means that if VDC is 1.1V,then the voltage of VDD_IO_DDR0 must be between 1.078V and 1.1275V.

BR,

Tao

Hi Tao,

Customer comments that as VR5510's output accuracy is 2%, considering the worst case, 1.1V may drop to 1.078V (1.1*98% = 1.078), which means no margin for PCB layout~~~
