Question:

                 Is there a method or manual to check the impedance of TXD and RXD pins?

Hi,

TXD (PTC3) / RXD (PTC2) are normal IO pins so refer to datasheet for I/O parameters.

If you want to connect nodes without transceiver on short distance on PCB below connection is commonly used
