When selecting Libraries support, selecting newlib Debugger Console will cause the program to enter HardFault.

But choose newlib_ Nano no I/O will not enter HardFault, and the program is normal. Why?

do you have enabled semihosting console in Debug Configurations for Newlib Debugger Console library?
