***URGENT***

We are working with S32K series, and we are using one of the internal clocks (LPO) for synchronizing LIN transreciever. We are in need of defining the lifetime of each products, One of the dependency requires the frequency Vs life time for LPO in S32K144.

Can you please share if any analysis is done on Low power oscillator on ageing factor (15 years from use)?

Thank you.

With SIRC, the ageing is generalised as max of 3%, but no info on how it changes over time. I bascially need lifetime vs frequency deviation curve.

There is no such characteristic available.

It is guaranteed that the frequency will remain within the specified range.

Hello @Kavin_Kumaravel,

All the clock specifications include aging.

But the LPO is a very imprecise clock source anyway.

What is the accuracy requirement?

Can you use SIRC instead?
