k34x mcu self-test reset repeatedly after power module added into project

hi  nxp Community,

         I appreciate for having a chance to ask for good advice. I have been working on mcu self-test recently.  Self-test routin is running well  before POWER module is added. Now mcu self-test routin reset mcu repeatedly and self-test routin perform repeatedly. Is there something wrong in POWER configuration? looking forward your reply.

     Do you means it is normal on running bist whithout power module? do you provide your CT project? thank you!
