Where can I find Flash or SRAM address?

Now I want to use S32K1xx series, According to S32K1xx_RM.pdf,  See S32K1xx_memory_map.xlsx attached to this document for details. But I can't find any information about SRAM address. Who can help me to use this xlsx file?

SRAM consists of SRAM_L and SRAM_U.

The highlighted part on the left is the starting address,

and the highlighted part on the right corresponds to the end address of each MCU.
