What's the difference between S32K144EVB-Q100 and S32K144EVB-Q100X?

I bought an S32K144EVB-Q100X last year. S32K144EVB-Q100 was out of stock at online stores for a long time.
Then I find all the documents are for S32K144EVB-Q100. On the website that sells Q100X, the documents are same with Q100.

I want to know what's the difference between S32K144EVB-Q100 and S32K144EVB-Q100X?

Hi,

The difference is in the MCU maskset revision.

S32K144EVB-Q100 maskset 0N57U (rev2.1)

S32K144EVB-Q100X maskset 0N47T (rev2.0)

I find:

0N47T (rev2.0) is used only for EVB boards.
0N57U (rev2.1) is production device.

So 0N47T(rev2.0) is almost the same with 0N57U(rev2.1) for hardware and software development ?
The differences can be found in Mask Set Errata ?
