  1. What is the range of VCORE voltage? (min**V~max**V please refer to the following diagram

  1. What is the operating voltage of the CPU Core?

  1. Looking at the power diagram, we see that the VCORE voltage and 3.3V are input to FIRC, SIRC, and SOSC, but what is this power supply used for?

please refer to the following diagram

Hi jingfang,

This is a voltage range of a single domain.
This is an internal signal, not necessarily needed for the customer to develop their applications.

Best Regards,
Robin

The SRAM data are retained across any system reset except for Power-on reset.
But in order to by sure it is not overwritten, we can clear the SRAMU_RETEN & SRAML_RETEN bits.
