V25, V15 and V11 internal LDO

Hi Sir,

Is it possible to disable the internal Power supply (V25, V15, V11)  on S32K322NHT0MPAST?

What things will affect when Internal LDO is disabled?

Hi @Chinnan,

Do you mean in the RUN mode?

Only V15 can be disabled, then, V11 is generated by the Boot regulator from VDD_HV_A.

The PLL can be enabled only if V11 is generated by the Last-mile regulator from V15.
