Hi NXP Support Team

Recently, I practice CAN SBC project on S32K144 Q100 EVB.

And so far it can work properly, but I notice that the data sheet and SDK describe as below :

"If the device has been programmed previously, the factory presets may need to be
restored before reprogramming can begin (see Section 7.12.2). When the factory presets
have been restored successfully, a system reset is generated automatically and
UJA1169A switches back to Forced Normal mode."

and

Restoring factory preset values
Factory preset values are restored if the following conditions apply continuously for at
least td(MTPNV) during battery power-up:
• pin RSTN is held LOW
• CANH is pulled up to VBAT
• CANL is pulled down to GND

so if I need my CAN SBC of EVB  to restoring factory preset values, how should I connect the pins of SBC on the EVB  to restore it ? or any method to  restore it ? I need it back to Force Normal Mode

Thanks for your help.

Hi Andy,

Due to the R565 and R563 are DNP, maybe you can held low the TP24.
