Timing analysis in cyber security production environment for S32K116

how to do timing analysis in production environment regarding secure boot process, generating MATER_ECU_KEY, BOOT_MAC_KEY and other operations.

I am using Ulink2 debugger we I cannot use functionality like "Execution profiling" present in Keil IDE. 

So, please support me in this respect.

I'm sorry for the delay.

The secure boot execution time can be measured externally, it is the time between rising edges on the VDD and the reset_b (PTA5) pins.
