Hi,

   I found that the new S32K116 chip must be swiped by Jflash once before it can be debugged using S32DS,is right?

Hi,
these microcontrollers are shipped with fully erased flash, only flash security byte in flash configuration field is programmed to unsecure state 0xFE. So, the devices are ready to use and no special action is needed. It's not even necessary to erase them first, those can be programmed directly. In production, the devices can be re-erased anyway to achieve highest possible data retention which starts counting from erase operation.
