TJA1145 Enter normal fail

Hi, I'm trying to enter normal mode

I'm sure I can read the device Id, so my spi communication should be ok.

and I read the the value on  0Ah(of course It doesn't mater whatever I read )

but I can not enter the normal mode with 111(I send it over 3times):

can you give me some advices?
