ure, at the moment I'd like to add teh wdgm callouts that you have mentioned last week. I guess till merge of commits some more time will go:/Hello Safety NXP team,
i try to enabling a sCheck test's and i have a few problems:

1. XRDC - when i executed StartUpTest i got fail from sCheck module.
Return error is - SCHECK_ERR_XRDC_MRC_1 - SCHECK_TEST_FAIL
I for this test's i have only enabled one test - XRDC - signature which are after test u32Signature = 0xB9DF0001.

where should I look for the problem. MCR_1 is realted with PRAM_0 but acces if full of range. Please look on screenshot

2. XBIC problem - BUS_ERROR. For this test i enabling only XBIC_0 test's.
Im confused because in function   sCheck_Xbic_CoreTransfer i got BUSS_ERROR with addres 0x2200 D480, and this adres is out of range in TCM memory

Hi @Marekp 

XRDC - For sCheck startup tests it's better to not have XRDC initialized, startup test is configuring by itself. Please try to comment Rm_Init() and test it again.

XBIC - You need to have correctly placed mem sections s32_saf_bss_tcm_10 and s32_saf_bss_tcm_1.
It seems you don' t have assigned s32_saf_bss_tcm_1 to DTCM but to Backdoor DTCM.

There is mentioned it will automatically add offset 0x01000000, so that explains that out of range address 0x2200 D480.
So please check and fix the linker file.
