S912ZVMC25F1WKK issue

Hi there,

We recently purchased S912ZVMC25F1WKK from a vendor (in the original vacuumed package). The back of the chips show some irregularity (see attached). Does anyone know if this is due to poor quality or is this expected? Will this defect impact the quality and function of the chips?

Any input will be helpful.

It looks like natural effect of molding technology, please measure the dimensions and compare it with the specified tolerances:
