S32k144 occasionally fails to wake up from VLPS mode

Hi, 

S32k144 occasionally fails to wake up from VLPS mode and freezes unless powered on again. I now use external GPIO interrupts to wake up. This problem is prone to occur when frequently entering VLPS and waking up again.

It could because of this erratum: ERR011063: SMC: An asynchronous wakeup event during VLPS mode entry may result in
possible system hang scenario.
