S32K3xx development package with S32DS3.5 on Ubuntu 20.04

After installing the S32K3xx development package when using S32DS3.4 on Ubuntu, I can see the folder ./S32DS.3.4/S32DS/software/PlatformSDK_S32XX_2022_03 and I can select that platform SDK when starting a project using the S32K344.

However, after installing S32DS3.5 and installing the S32K3xx development pacakge, I do not see the software directory ./S32DS.3.5/S32DS/software and I cannot select an SDK for the S32K344.

Am I doing something wrong?

Trying the same thing on Windows 11 (using S32DS3.5 with the S32K3xx development package) it installs correctly.

Hi @toasterovens

Well, this is not documented appropriately. Current SDK and RTD packages are not supported in Linux. It was discussed several times here on the community. For example:
https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio/S32K3-SDK-Re-Attach-RTD-SDK-from-command-line/m-p/146...

I was told there’s a plan to support RTD in Linux and currently it looks like it will be available in next version of S32 Design Studio 3.6.

Sorry for inconvenience.

Regards,
Lukas
