S32K3xx OTA

Hi,

I have looked at the migration note for S32K1xx to S32K3xx, AN13414
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN13414.pdf
It mentions here that the S32K3xx chip supports A/B swap OTA.

I do not see any documentation for implementing this feature.
Is there some document for OTA for S32K3xx or some sample project?
If not, will there ever be documentation for this, and if so, when will it be released?

I am validating the S32K344 processor for our application and OTA is a requirement for that validation.

Hi Shiv,

There’s a plan to provide an application note but it’s not ready yet and I don’t have an estimation of release date. But I will try to ask to prioritize it.

Currently the A/B swap is supported by HSE firmware. You can take a look at the documentation of demo app:

The HSE firmware and demo app can be installed from Standard Software:
