Hi,

 

I am using HVBMS 800BUN with ETPL. I am made a observation that the data at Freemaster comes only for 20-22 minutes. Even the BJB led goes off.

I am not sure is it only because of communication issue at Freemaster or some design/driver code issue?

 

Would be glad if someone can help me with this issue?

Hi 

Which example are you running?
D1 LED\RED (VCOM_PRIM) on the RD772BJBTPL8EVB board is not light? The engineer responsible for MC33772C told me that it looks like the MC33772C is in Sleep/Idle mode:

Also, which debugger are you using? Perhaps you can use the following method to observe which step the program is running to: Connecting to a running Target (attach) with S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.3

Hi Robin,

 

I am running HvBms800_774_772_TPL_Bring_Up project.

I am controlling Contactors in normal mode(which is the ideal scenerio).

In normal mode, I am getting values through Freemaster for 20 minutes approx. After 20 mins, the blinking LED in BMU goes off and the LED on BJB also goes off.

 

Note: I am using DEMO version of HvBMS TPL project.

 

My question is: In the Demo project, does the driver configuration supports only for few cycles? Or am I missing something?

I searched but couldn't find the reason.
Have you modified HvBms800_774_772_TPL_Bring_Up and the hardware?
Also, you haven't told me what you see if you connect the program with a debugger. Did you check which error flags are set?
If nothing is found, I'm afraid I'll have to consult the HVBMS software team for more help.
