After the SWAP firmware is installed, the SWAP occurs after each MCU reset.

How to solve this problem?

With the provided information it looks that the below could be the reason.

In the A/B SWAP configuration, the "HSE service ID HSE_SRV_ID_ACTIVATE_PASSIVE_BLOCK allows the host to swap the active and passive partitions: when calling this service, on the next reset, the passive partition becomes the active partition, and the active partition becomes the passive partition".
