In the [Chip clock outputs] section of RM, there are the following notes:
What does [CLKOUT across functional reset and standby is supported only on GPIO[12]] mean? Does it mean that only GPIO[12] can output clock during functional reset and standby?

Thank you for your interest in the NXP S32K product, I would like to provide service for you!
It means, to functional reset + standby, the CLKOUT function just works on GPIO[12], you can consider, GPIO[138] can't support it the function reset+standby at the same time, it should just works on the standby mode.
