the S32K3 platforms have this feature by default, given that brown-out detection refers to the POR (Power On Reset) detect circuit. Generally, POR is related to power outage events while LVD is for power supply variations that lead to violation of operating range specifications.
The S32K3 datasheet specifies POR and LVD thresholds (which are not the same).
