HI:
The MCU is connected according to the figure below, but simulation is not possible.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Do you have any other probe?
I would recommend contacting SEGGER support.

Daniel
Hi @youxi,
What project have you loaded to the MCU? Can you share it?
Can you create a new empty project for S32K314 in S32DS IDE and load it?
Thank you,
BR, Daniel
In you first post, the screenshot indicate that the project was loaded and the execution was halted at a breakpoint in SRAM at 0x2000033C (PC register).
What is the error message now?
Can you share the debug configuration?
Can you place a breakpoint in the startup code (reset routine)?
Thank you,
BR, Daniel
Hi:
The attachment is the result output during S32K314 simulation.
Hi @youxi,
In the log, I see that the J-link tries to program S32K312.
I understand you have S32K314.
This would explain the failure to program it.
Regards,
Daniel
I changed the device to s32k314, but still can't successfully
Do you have any other probe?
I would recommend contacting SEGGER support.

Daniel
The value of the CFSR register is 1.The address that the pc pointer refers to is 0x820E4000. I don't know what error this address represents
