S32K312 shipment pin is deformed

When the customer produced the patch, the pin of chip S32K312NHT0MPAST turned up, resulting in virtual welding. As is shown in the picture below? The BMS products produced by the customer can only be passed in one production without maintenance. At present, the customer needs the original factory to provide documents such as control standards for pin shipment

客户在生产贴片时遇到芯片S32K312NHT0MPAST    出现管脚翘起导致虚焊的。如下图所示，？客户生产的BMS产品不予维修只能一次生产通过，目前客户针对引脚出货需要原厂提供管控标准之类的文档

Since customer complains solderability issue, customer is suggested to contact with FQE team, then CQC (Customer Quality Complaint) procedure may be triggered.

Kindly contact the point of sales to start the process. The distributor will let the customer fill an CQI (Customer Quality Incident) form and will proceed.
