Hi NXP,
I'm using WKPU mode of S32K314. I config PTE6 port as wake up source with Falling Edge, which has external pull-up on board.
After MCU enters standby mode, I connect PTE6 port to a continuous low level. However, there is a very low probability of MCU wake-up failure,1% or less.
Could you please tell me why?
Best Regards.
Hi @Reyxx,
I don't think this is related to the WKPU module or the MCU. Since this is less than 1% of cases, it is really hard to pinpoint. Could you share the steps to measure this result of 1%? Are you constantly going to standby and waking up, measuring the current?
If possible, please share the configuration used for going to standby.
Also, please try to test this using an evaluation board and see if the same number of times the wake up fails. This could be erroneous triggering by glitches in HW as well.
Best regards,
Julián
