S32K3 HSE DRNG test report

Hello 

we are using the S32K312NH, we want to get the test report for Random number generation for DRNG and TRNG(Such as tested by NIST800-22). So how can get the test report for RNG that generated by HSE.

I was told we do not provide the test reports. Only the information mentioned in previous post is available.
