S32K148EVB: signal does not get through to the QSPI flash chip

Hi,

I need to set up the QSPI flash on the S32K148EVB.

Moved the resistors mentioned in the user's manual (R208->R209, R210->R211, R212->R213, R250->R244, R260->R254, R272->R271). Now the situation is that I can see proper TTL signals at one side of the U11/U14/U16 bidirectional level shifters (TXB0104), but suspicious signals on the other side.

Instead of proper TTL levels, I can see that all signals are "floating" around half the supply, and the pulses generated by the test program in the MCU have a VERY low amplitude. Maybe 0.1V. It was the same before moving the resistors, so nothing changed.

Measured the voltages on the level shifter, they seem to be good. VCCA, VCCB and OE are all at 3.3V. What am I doing wrong? How is the QSPI flash expected to be used? Thanks, Ferenc

Eventually removed all resistors and connected the signals directly, bypassing the level shifters. Signals look good now.
