Hi!

We have an FS32K148UJT0VMHR SMCU and SJA1105QEL Ethernet Switch connected over RMII. Can you please confirm this connection is okay?

Additionally, SMCU and PHYs connected to the Ethernet Switch all have MDC/MDIO interfaces. Ethernet Switch doesn't have it. Can we left MDC/MDIO interface on SMCU floating?

you can take a look at application note AH1604 which is available on docstore.nxp.com:

MDC/MDIO (or called SMI) is used for configuration of PHYs. Here is an example from SJA1105SMBEVM board (MII or RMII between MCU and switch, SMI between MCU and PHYs):
