S32K148 - Differences in variants QAG and QAC

Hi,

In reference to S32K148 controller, can you please share the difference between QAG and QAC variants,

The RAM initializations in startup is failing in QAG variant, but same code is working in QAC variant

The code is compiled using ghs

This is just a wafer lot identifier. 

I guess the mask-sets are identical 0N20V.
