S32K146 GPIO PAD resistance

 For there is require on GPIO input current , we want to know what is the resistance in this red box

5.4 DC electrical specifications at 5.0 V Range.

So it's not current-limiting resister ? It's pullup/pulldown resistor?

and a liitle more question we want to know:

If GPIO used as input,  has this resister there on the input circuit?

It seems like input current will flow through this resistor as below
