S32K146-EVB demo debug fail (connect fialed)

hi ,i met a problem about S32K146 demo board connect failed .

i tried to set  "emergency kinetis device recovery by full chip erase"  but cant launch failed either , and i tested the voltage about reset pin is 3.3V or 5V to make sure the power was ok . PE was failed to conncet either .

so do you have any other ways to fix this problem?

Were you able to program the board before? what was the last program that you used? Also, have you modified the jumpers settings of the board? I recommend you to check this in the link:

Get Started with the S32K146EVB | NXP 

You can also try to update the openSDA to the last version of the P&EMicro firmware, you can download it from their web page.
