S32K146 Arm cortex M4 - Register write access violation

I have developed code in S32DS design studio environment and compiled and flashed the code but if i am trying to write on to any register i am facing access violation error which is resulting in Trap(Default ISR). Can anyone Help me out with this. Advance thanks!!

Hi,

Which registers do you mean? 

Did you enable Bus interface clock in PCC[CGC] registers of the peripherals you are using?

Please take a look at Table 27-8, S32K1xx_RM_r.7
