Hi,

When I using S32K, give the AD input pin 1.6V voltage, use 12bit precision, in my understanding, It should be approximately 2048, however the ad value get is 0. When I using the same AD code reprograming other board, the value read is true. So I'd like to know where is wrong?

(Notes: the ref voltage I used is internal value which should be VDDA and VSS)

Thanks a lot!

Hi Xinguang,
Do you use EVBs or your own custom boards?
It could be a HW issue.
Which ADC pin are you using?

Thanks,

BR, Daniel

Hi Daniel,

The board I use is ourselfs, the problem has solved now.

Since we don't use the external pins as reference, according to datasheet,

if I config REFSEL as 1, it will use VDD as Vrefh, VSSA as Vrefl.

However,  it doesn't  work until I  short VREFL pin  to VSS.

Thanks!

Xinguang
