VREFH has the following three options,what's the difference between these three terms?

These are just a few options that the EVB allows.
1. VDD_MCU is connected to VDDA. Therefore, VREF = VDDA.
2. If VDD_MCU is 5V, VREFH can be 3V.
3. You can use whatever voltage reference connected to AREF.
