We are planning to use S32K144 in our battery-powered project. We are required to work the microcontroller in deep sleep mode (VLPS) for power-saving purposes. As per the datasheet in VLPS mode GPIO ports is OFF only the interrupt pin is active. All other pins' state is stored in registers.

So what's the state of GPIO pins ( tri-state, PU, PD)? and what's the maximum allowable continuous current that can give to these pins in VLPS mode?VLPS GPIO.PNGVLPS GPIO State.PNG

Hi @Chinnan

I already answered your question in this post: GPIO Pin state and Electrical specification at microcontroller in VLPS stage.

Let me know if you have another question related to the topic in that post.
