Hi,

I am using S32K144. I want to configure FlexRAM to be used for Emulated EEPROM.

As per screenshot below( Figure 36.5 in S32K1xx Series Reference Manual ,revision 7), the various size options for EERAM are 2KB,3KB and 4KB. But as per supported configuration values(please see second image attached), EERAM size can have only two values, ie. either 0KB or 4KB and all other values are reserved. The AN11983 Rev2 also says it allows either 0KB or 4KB(please refer third attachment).

So finally question is does it allow to be configured for 2KB and 3KB for S32K144 device?
