When I need to enter the VLPS state and use the LPIT to generate the time base to scan in the VLPS state, but I don’t want to be awakened by the LPIT, what should I do?
You can have the LPIT running in VLPS and disable the LPIT interrupt so that the MCU can stay in VLPS until it is waken up by another peripheral interrupt.
