Hi

Note that these debug pins should be added to UnTouchedPortPin. Otherwise, you will not be able to connect to the S32K because the debug pins have changed to other functions after the pin initialization is done at power-up.

If so, please try to use the Kinetis_Recovery_Utility.zip mentioned in Can't use PEmicro debugger with S32K118EVB2-Q048

Best Regards,
Robin

You may be experiencing the situation described in this post: Recovering Cortex-M Microcontroller with a Power Glitch:

Even worse: you can disable or re-mux the debug pins (maybe because you did not know what you are doing, or you wanted preventing unauthorized access, or you just needed these pins for something).

Have you try to use P&E Recovery Utility halt MCU?

Hi @Robin_Shen ,

thank u for  fastest reply and Support to wards the solution. currently I'm not using debugger, so I configured Untouched pin still I'm facing same issue. once  its flashing when it suspend or terminated. second time again we need to plugs out and reconnect means it will work later. every time  we need to do like this.

How about reset the MCU, for example press SW5?
