Apparently the customer needs to fill up a technical sheet for the OEM, and the internal load capacitance that the Quarz crystal sees is required. see datasheet talks about external load capacitance. Could you help me here to explain why we do not provide this value?

It is simple. The load capacitance is defined as "the amount of the external circuit capacitance in parallel with the crystal itself".
In other words. The load capacitance is determined/calculated by external capacitors based on the transconductance of the MCU and the crystal characteristics.
