Hello,

Do we have any data on how many years of data retention the Flash and FlexNVM would if the average temperature was at or about 30C.  Could the retention last 50 years?

These question is prompted by Ford requirements:

1. Data retention after 100 erase/write cycles: 50 years (at an average temperature of 30C).

2. Data retention after 10,000 erase/write cycles: 50 years (at an average temperature of 30C).

If we do not have the data.  Is it possible to run a simulation or model this to get the data?

Thank you,

John

There is no document there. There is a discussion on the internal forum, but in the end without any outcome. I would recommend to create new ticket:
